Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, all sales are final and returns & refunds are not accepted. We do offer cancellation within 24 hours of purchase; exchanges or store credit may be available on a case-by-case basis. 

We understand that ring sizing can fluctuate, each purchase includes one complimentary resize. That said some designs may not be eligible for resizing due to factors such as shape, thickness, stone placement, etc.  Please feel free to inquire prior to purchase at our email emjonostudio@gmail.com. 

All international orders after the 24 hour period are final sale with all duties to be paid on arrival to your country.

All custom pieces are final sale.

Please note that shipping costs for resizing is the responsibility of the customer.
