Shipping policy

Each piece is made by hand, so please allow 3–5 weeks for your order to ship. 

USA shipments:

Jewelry is shipped via UPS or USPS and all packages are insured during transit. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information. After a package is marked as delivered, it is unfortunately out of our hands. If your order cannot be located, we recommend contacting UPS to assist in locating your shipment or filing a claim.

Local Brooklyn pickup options are available at checkout. 

International shipments:

Please note that the shipping cost paid at checkout does not include any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges that may be assessed by your country's customs authority. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has shipped and arrives in your country, your local customs office or shipping carrier may contact you regarding any applicable duties or taxes that must be paid before your package can be delivered. Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as they vary by country.

Delivery times for international shipments are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, weather, or other unforeseen delays. Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, I am unable to control its transit time or customs clearance process.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the jewelry they purchase complies with any import regulations in their country.
